Nothing in this space where we live [the Earth/3d realm, however you want to address it] is right or wrong, good, or bad. For that matter complaining. criticizing, judging, appreciation, and neutral perception are different points in the same spectrum. As your consciousness evolves, as you start understanding everything by looking at the bigger picture, you will be able to see through the bigger picture.
You will understand that all the moments of your life have been in a sequence and prepared you for who, what, and where you are today.

If you had parents who could not give you enough time or if you felt they were emotionally distant or aloof, it was preparing you to be independent and understand how you can delve deeper within you and connect with the “mysteries” hidden within you. Everyone has a story to tell. Everyone has a role in the drama called life. The goal or purpose of each one is to enact the role as it is meant to be so that they can facilitate the journey for others.
An experience of ill-health is a sign for you to observe what you are thinking – how stressed you are. And, stress is the keyword of the current space of life. Hurry leads to stress, and accumulated stress leads to worry, in turn, leading you to be “buried” [or rather ill-health and eventually, death]. While death is the ultimate fact, one does not have to go through all the hurry-worry-bury drama, but again, if you want to go through it, do it mindfully. Accept that you are doing it.
Instead of asking why is an experience so painful, ask what is it trying to convey to you. When in “pain”, it can be difficult to even think. But, if you are mindful, if you are aware, then it will give you the opportunity to understand what lead you to this space. Every moment of life gives you this chance. If you want to vent out, do it, but do that also mindfully. Do not give it more energy. Do not give it more focus. Look at venting out as a way of releasing and letting go of the denseness you experienced so that you could feel light. Shift your focus back to gratitude. Be grateful that you were able to vent out. And, once you are done, focus back on the goodness life has to offer you.
You can choose anything. It is your choice. What causes you to remain in a loop [positive or negative] is where you focus and energy to flow. The secret of constantly attracting the “good” is always focusing your energy on the good – the ability to see through everything [as I mentioned earlier]. While focusing and constantly venting out and complaining will give your more opportunities to experience that [This is also Law of attraction as well as Law of assumption because you are attracting what you assume].
At the end of the day, to remain in a state of “bliss”, you just need to see through life, and choose to experience life as it comes.
